Tunica, Mississippi Casinos
We set out headed to Tunica, Mississippi on a rainy morning, which continued most all day long.
Missouri is now requiring that buses also go thru the Weigh Stations, but they just waved us on through. There was a weigh station agent who had a semi pulled over and was literally pushing and pulling on his tires. I'm not sure those huge tires could be budged by a human being.
Crossing the Mississippi River.
Since pictures can not be taken in the casinos, it's a bit difficult to snap many photos. As soon as we get to one of the casinos, everyone is ready to get off the bus to go play.
Tuesday night, we arrived at Sam's Town for the evening. Wednesday morning, we boarded the bus for Fitzgerald's, where we had breakfast and spent 4 hours of gaming.
This is the second time during the last 2 casino trips that I have hit all of the same symbols, with the exception of one. I love these split symbol machines.
Next, we moved on to Bally's for lunch and 4 more hours of gaming. We were then scheduled to travel to Memphis and spend a couple of hours on Beale Street. One of our passengers has a friend who lives in Memphis and this local highly recommended that we not go to Beale Street, as the atmosphere there had become pretty undesirable. So at that point, we decided to go back to Sam's Town for the evening.
Everyone had breakfast at their leisure before heading to Gold Strike - lunch included with 4 hours of gaming.

Next, we headed to Resorts for 4 hours of gaming and an afternoon meal. Yes, you will never go home hungry on this trip! The below picture is Ron, our greeter at Resorts. Ron has been with Resorts and Bally's for years.
Friday morning was breakfast at Sam's Town before heading for home. I understand there were a couple of fatter wallets being taken home - certainly not mine though.
