Progressive Christmas Dinner

South Bend is so very fortunate to have these 3 gems within such a short distance of one another.  We thank them for opening their homes to us for a lovely evening of fine food and wonderful socializing.

Hors d’Oeuvres were served at Tippecanoe Place in all its splendor holiday to begin our evening.  Cheese & crackers, meatballs, and quiche were served.  Cocktails were available to be purchased at the bar.  The food was perfect and the wait staff was superb.


We then took a short walk right next door to The Oliver Inn for our main course.  The home, as always, was beautifully decorated for Christmas as Tom welcomed us into their home.  We took our seats and the salad was promptly served.

Then came the main course of apple rosemary pork loin, rosemary potatoes, and green beans with roasted red peppers, served with the best homemade knot dinner rolls.

A bit of socializing after dinner and exploring this lovely home.

It was very important to save some room for dessert at Cushing Manor Inn.  Susan and Terry welcomed us with all the warmth of the holidays and Susan was able to show off her ultimate dessert talent.
