Progressive Christmas Dinner

It was a chilly evening, which set the mood for a Christmas Dinner in 3 of our exquisite homes in the Historic District of South Bend.
We first visited The English Rose for starters, with our gracious hosts Tim and Deb. Asparagus and ham wraps, meatballs, cheese and crackers, artichoke dip, fruit and a variety of little quiches were served.
We then moved on to The Oliver Inn for our main course, which consisted of salad, Cornish hens, fruited rice, green beans with red peppers and slivered almonds, rolls and butter, being graciously greeted by Tom Erlandson, the husband counterpart Innkeeper. Alice was busy putting the final touches on our dinner.
The "piano player" always intrigues me!
For dessert, we moved on to Cushing Manor. There was such a variety to choose from, so I think most of us took one of everything!
