What a lovely evening in beautiful Christmas surroundings, warm and wonderful guests, the most gracious hosts, and superb food! 

Hor d'Oeuvres:  Spinach balls, ham & cheese quiche bites, Swedish meatballs, shrimp cocktail, hot spiced cider, and champagne.

After some friendly socializing, we moved to the dining room for the main course.

Caesar salad & fresh baked rolls

Crown roast of pork with apple rosemary sauce and apple sausage stuffing

Herb roasted potatoes and glazed carrots

And we did save the dessert for last. 
Caramel apple tart, pumpkin roll, raspberry cheesecake bits, and chocolate purses
